Terms of Service
Last updated September 21, 2026
These terms govern use of Lexicor, legal intake and matter-records software operated by Coach OS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (document number L26000444666), Miami, Florida ("we"). The law firm that opens a Lexicor workspace ("the firm") agrees to these terms.
The service
Lexicor turns calls to a firm's intake line, and recordings and transcripts the firm adds, into matter files: a summary, parties, a conflict check against the firm's other matters, candidate dates for the firm to verify, a next action, a contact timeline and an export bundle. The software runs on the firm's Mac or Windows computers; a connected intake line delivers calls to it.
Lexicor is software for the firm, not a law firm
Lexicor does not practice law, give legal advice, or decide whether to accept a matter. See the Legal Services Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
The firm's responsibilities
- Attorneys review every matter file. Conflict flags are cleared or confirmed by an attorney. Candidate dates are verified by an attorney against the facts and the governing law.
- The firm is responsible for its own professional obligations, including conflicts, confidentiality, advertising and intake rules, and for telling callers what its intake line is.
- The firm uses Lexicor lawfully, keeps sign-in links and devices secure, and enters only information it is authorized to process.
Plans, the first matter and payment
A new workspace includes its first matter reaching intake-complete, or 14 days, whichever comes first. After that, continuing requires activation at the price shown on lexicor-site.vercel.app at the time of activation (an activation fee and a monthly fee). Fees are billed in advance and are not refundable except where the law requires. Records made during the included period remain the firm's and can be exported whether or not the firm activates.
The firm's data
The firm owns its matter records. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and, for the firm's matter data, the Data Processing Addendum.
Availability and changes
We may improve and change the service. We will give workspace owners reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Lexicor is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any missed deadline, conflict or intake decision. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the firm paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms. Venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
